Return Policy
We gladly accept returns for unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of purchase.
Please read the following instructions to initiate your return:
Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
- All items should be returned in their original packaging.
How to Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at: store@huntingtonsports.co.uk
- Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process the return.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, here’s how you can do so:
How to Exchange:
- Contact us at store@huntingtonsports.co.uk to request an exchange.
- Once we receive your email we will guide you through the exchanges process
Availability:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will process a refund.
Damaged items
If your item is defective or damaged, we sincerely apologize. Here’s how we’ll handle it:
Contact Us Immediately:
- Please email us at store@huntingtonsports.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and photos of the item.
We’ll Assist You:
- If the item is defective, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to return the item at no cost.
- Once we receive the damaged item, we will either send a replacement or process a full refund.
Shipping and Returns
How long does shipping take?
Royal Mail tracked 48 service:
Once your order has been shipped (you will receive a shipping email) it will take 2-3 working days for your parcel to be delivered.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship all orders on the same day if they are received before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to Europe. For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will vary by country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the Royal Mail Website to monitor the progress of your delivery.

What size should I buy?
If you are unsure of what size to buy please refer to our size guide. Where you will find a guide for each product.

Orders
Can I cancel/change my order?
No, once orders have been made these are final. If you have made an error on sizing or you want to return your order please look at our returns and exchanges page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. This can be used on the Royal Mail website to track your order.
