At Huntington Sport, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns for unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of purchase.

Please read the following instructions to initiate your return:

Eligibility:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
• All items should be returned in their original packaging.
  

How to Return:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at: store@huntingtonsports.co.uk
• Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process the return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, here’s how you can do so:

How to Exchange:

• Contact us at store@huntingtonsports.co.uk to request an exchange.
• Once we receive your email we will guide you through the exchanges process

Availability:

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will process a refund.

Damaged items

If your item is defective or damaged, we sincerely apologize. Here’s how we’ll handle it:

Contact Us Immediately:

• Please email us at store@huntingtonsports.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and photos of the item.

We’ll Assist You:

• If the item is defective, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to return the item at no cost.
• Once we receive the damaged item, we will either send a replacement or process a full refund.
